Shoes Care

Cleaning and Polishing Instructions

Routine Cleaning

Remove the laces and use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove loose dust and dirt. For remaining marks, wipe the upper gently with a lightly damp cloth. Do not soak the shoes, rinse them under running water, or place them in a washing machine.

Conditioning and Polishing

Check the product care label before applying any cleaner, conditioner, or polish. Test the product on a small hidden area first, then apply a thin and even layer using a soft cloth. Allow it to absorb before buffing gently with a clean cloth or shoe brush. Only use care products suitable for the shoe’s material and colour. Avoid bleach, strong detergents, and harsh cleaning chemicals.

Drying and Storage Instructions

Drying Instructions

Blot surface moisture with a clean, absorbent cloth and allow the shoes to air-dry naturally at room temperature. Insert shoe trees or loosely fill the shoes with clean, colour-free paper to help maintain their shape. Keep the shoes away from radiators, heaters, hair dryers, and direct sunlight, as strong heat may damage the upper, sole, or adhesive.

Storage Instructions

Store the shoes only when they are completely clean and dry. Use shoe trees where possible and keep them in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. A breathable dust bag or original shoe box can help protect them from dust. Avoid sealed plastic bags, damp areas, and placing heavy items on top of the shoes.
